The name Eiswerk stands for competence, reliability, fairness - and for more than 80 years of experience in ice cream production. As a traditional family business, our manufactory supplies commercial customers with artisanal ice cream specialties. Thanks to state-of-the-art production technology and the high standards of our employees, we guarantee consistent quality and the highest ice cream enjoyment. We attach great importance to the quality of our ingredients and the gentle, artisanal preparation.
From the neighborhood
Long-standing local suppliers provide us with the best ingredients for our ice cream. The fresh organic milk from regional farmers make our ice cream to something unique. Over 80 years of experience and the courage to innovate allow us to work completely without artificial additives and flavors.
Certificates
For several years we have been an IFS Food certified company, always in the latest version and always at "higher level". As a Bio Austria certified company, we can also offer all ice cream specialties as organic products. The Bio Austria standards are stricter than those of the EU organic regulation. Eiswerk meets the highest quality requirements year after year in order to obtain the international certifications. This is the basic requirement for selling our ice cream specialties internationally.

Our contribution
The quality of our products is one thing that has always been important and our focus. Nowadays, however, it is at least as important to fulfill one's social and societal responsibility. Our ice cream cups are made of biodegradable materials. As a social contribution we’re cooperating closely with the Flachgauer Tafel.
